People

1. People records are now automatically tagged as Non-constituents (Green People Icon) based on the address of the incoming message.  Use the Constituent Status filter to display only Non-constituents.

2. The People Tags filter now displays counts for each tag.

Communications

1. Non-constituent communications are clearly identified as Non-constituents by the Icon. People records are tagged based on the address of incoming messages.  

2. When replying to Inbound messages you can now change the message's Out Type to Email or Print (previously the inbound and outbound type had to match).

• From Message Details, click Reply.
• The Replying To dialog opens, type your message.

• Click Send.
• The Send Replies dialog opens, select either the Email or Print radio button.

• Click Send.

Services

2. The Services Tags filter now displays counts for each tag.
