Update notes for April 16, 2021

We're continuing to respond to your feedback, so this week we'll have a few new things to share with you.

• Counts for Inboxes. The personal Inbox, Drafts, Correspondence, and Campaigns will now display counts for the default pivot. In the example below, there are 10 open messages in the personal Inbox. For Correspondence and Campaigns, the count is for the number of unassigned messages.
• Content library template sorting. Templates will now be ordered by modified date.
• Action bar changes. Above the conversation, you can see some slight changes to the action bar. The primary actions "Mark as done", "Reply", "Tag", and "Assign" display. Other less frequently performed actions will now appear in an overflow menu (accessible by clicking on the 3 dots next to "Assign") as we prepare for additional actions in the future.
• Friendlier conversation titles. For email conversations, the subject line displays just below the action bar as the title of the conversation. But other types of conversations like phone calls and postal mail did not display titles before. Now you'll see friendlier titles for these like in the example below: "Phone call with Laurie Mc Dermott." 

• Editing gender and date of birth. When in a person's record, clicking the edit icon will bring up the "Edit person" dialog. At the bottom of the dialog, you'll see two new fields for editing gender and date of birth.

• Contextual "Create new". If you are already in a person's record and you want to create a new conversation or create a new service request, that person will automatically populate the "From" field of the dialog so you do not have to search for them again.

• Ability to unassign conversations and services. When creating a new conversation or service request, you can choose to leave it unassigned or you can pick a staff member. You can also unassign a conversation or service request that has already been assigned to a staff member. See the two images below.

• Robot (CRMAdmin) system account renamed to Officebot. The support account used by iConstituent has been renamed to a friendlier name, Officebot. Prior to Officebot it was briefly called "Robot" and prior to Robot it was "CRMAdmin". All automatic mail import process will be assign to the Officebot. 

• Auto-reply for incoming SMS. If your office has inbound SMS integration, you will now have the option to create a short auto-reply. You'll see the auto-reply is sent by Officebot to indicate an action was taken by the system rather than by a staff member. You'll also start to see Officebot in other places in the application where the system is taking an action such as importing mail or auto-replying to an SMS campaign.
