We're continuing to respond to your feedback, so this week we'll have a few new things to share with you.
- Counts for Inboxes. The personal Inbox, Drafts, Correspondence, and Campaigns will now display counts for the default pivot. In the example below, there are 10 open messages in the personal Inbox. For Correspondence and Campaigns, the count is for the number of unassigned messages.
- Content library template sorting. Templates will now be ordered by modified date.
- Action bar changes. Above the conversation, you can see some slight changes to the action bar. The primary actions "Mark as done", "Reply", "Tag", and "Assign" display. Other less frequently performed actions will now appear in an overflow menu (accessible by clicking on the 3 dots next to "Assign") as we prepare for additional actions in the future.
- Friendlier conversation titles. For email conversations, the subject line displays just below the action bar as the title of the conversation. But other types of conversations like phone calls and postal mail did not display titles before. Now you'll see friendlier titles for these like in the example below: "Phone call with Laurie Mc Dermott."
