How do I update person's name and contact information while viewing a conversation?

Click on the Inbox conversation.
Click on the i icon () located in the top right corner of conversation details..
To add, click the + sign icon. Note you can designate new items as Primary. Email addresses can be opted-in or out for newsletters and mobile numbers can be opted-in or out for SMS texting.
From the Conversation Details panel you can also edit a person's name, to edit click on the "Name".
The person's conversation record opens, click the pencil icon.
A Edit Person dialog opens, update the person's information and click Save.
