- Open Communications via the left main navigation menu.
- Select the check boxes of the communications tiles that you'd like to respond to.
- Click Reply in the action menu.
- Compose your message using the default template or select Change Template to select another template. Once ready, click Send. section.
- From the Send replies dialog, verify or change how your reply will be sent. Select either the Email or Print radio button.
- Click the Send button.
- After pressing Send, a message pop-up displays confirming the total amount of emails or letters being prepared for sending. Note that messages that fail to email or print can be viewed by clicking the View Details link.
- If printing, once your printed letters are ready to print you will receive an email with a link to the letters.
- Click on the link and click Download Print Messages. The letter(s) will be downloaded as a PDF for printing.
- Open the PDF and make sure you select the correct office printer.
