With this release update you are now able to:
If a constituent opted out of receiving future text messages, these were tagged automatically as opt-outs if the constituent responded with words like "stop" or "unsubscribe." Now the other tags will be applied automatically, as well if the following criteria are met:
- "Yes" tag will be applied if the constituent's reply begins with the word "yes"
- "No" tag will be applied if the constituent's reply begins with the word "no"
- "Wrong number" tag will be applied if the constituent's reply contains the words "wrong number"
There is also a new "Needs tag" pivot that filters constituent responses that have not yet been tagged.
Set automatic replies
When creating the content for your campaign, you can choose to automatically respond when possible. If a constituent's reply starts with a recognizable "yes" or "no", then the constituent will automatically receive your preset "yes" or "no" response.
