1. From inbound communications, hoover able the message that you wish to comment and click the blue Message Details icon located at the end of the tile.
2. The message opens.
3. Click the @ icon located at the end of the Comments field.
4. From the pop-up list of CRM users, select to whom you would like to leave a comment.
5. User name will display in the Comment field as "@username".
6. Enter comments and then click Comment button.
7. New comments will display above the Comment field along with a green badge with commenter's initials.
8. The latest comment is also visible from the Inbound Message grid.
9. Users can also see when someone is actively leaving comments from the Inbound Message grid.
