- From the left main navigation menu, click the Inbox icon.
- Click to select the Team Inbox and then click Filters icon from the Search bar.
- The Filters panel opens, click click the Campaigns drop down to view all active campaigns.
- Select the campaign and use the Select All checkbox in the conversation panel to select all conversations. NOTE: You can also use the action bar to mass Mark as Done, Reply, Tag, Assign, Archive, and/or Print.
- Mass respond by clicking Reply.
- Type response or click the Import Template icon to select a letter template.
- Note: When using templates simply place your cursor between the "{Salutation}" and the "Sincerely" and begin drafting your response.
- To change to another template, click Import Template.
- Before sending make sure to double check spelling and spacing.
- Always preview the outgoing conversation before replying by clicking the Preview icon.
- To exit the preview, click Close Preview.
- To send the reply, click Send & Done.
- Next review how the replies will be go out of the system, select either the Email or Print radio button.
- Click Send & Done.
- Finally view Send Replies results. The dialog displays the number of conversations emailed, printed, failed, and \total.
