- Open the Service Request icon from the left navigation menu.
- Place a check in the checkbox of the case where you wish to compose/edit letter and then click Case Details icon.
- The Case Details display. From the left Contact Information panel scroll down Attachments.
- All attached documents will be listed. Click the Attachments pivot/tab to display only content with attachments.
- Using the All Activity pivot locate content with an attachment and click the View (Eye) icon.
- The content expands and displays, click the grey Attachment icon.
- The attachment opens in associated application. For example, PDFs open in Adobe.
- When done viewing the attachment close the application.
- Click the View icon again to collapse the content.
