How do I preview an outgoing communication (Letter/Email) in a Service Request?
- Click on the Services icon from the left navigation menu.
- Place a check in the checkbox of the case where you wish to compose/edit letter and then click Case Details icon.
- Case Details opens, locate the communication you wish to preview and click the Preview (carrot) icon.
- The message will expand to display the communication. Click the Preview icon again to collapse the message.
