Select Service Requests (Flag icon) in the main navigation menu on the left.
Search for cases by using both Filters and Pivots.
- Fiters can be simple or complex. For example, enter contact's name in the Search field and press Enter to return matches.
Selecting the Assigned to me pivot located above the list of Case tiles. The Services pivots allow you to filter assignments by cases, flag requests and tour.To update the case, hover over the case that you'd like open and select the Case details arrow.
