How do I add a tag to a Service Request?

  1. Click on the Services icon in the navigation menu.

  2. Mark the checkbox of the Service tile and then click on the Tag icon.

  3. Search for existing Tags or simply enter the name of the new Tag you'd like to create and press Enter.

  4. Click Update to apply.
