- Click Create New and from the drop-down select Person.
- Input the contact's Email, Phone and Name. If you'd like to include the contacts suffix/prefix, middle initial or salutation, click More. Once you've completed the fields, click Next.
- Enter the full street address of the new person. As you type, matching postal addresses will start listing, select address or continue to manually enter. An address indicator flag will display - Deliverable, Undeliverable, or Possibly Deliverable.
- If applicable, enter Occupation.
- Assign Tags to the person. Tags will help you micro target the person for lists, follow-up mailings, newsletters, and telephone town halls.
- Once the contact record is complete, click Create.
