Filters allow you to easily locate Service requests. You can search Services via Keyword, Assignee, Due Date and Tags.
- Search: In the Search field, you can search by keyword, contact name and case number.
- Assigned to: Filters service requests by assigned user.
- Due date: Filters service requests by due date or a specific date range.
- Tags: You can search for a specific tag or select from the tags listed. To expand the tag list, select the drop down button above the tag search field.
- Clear all: Select clear all if you'd like to clear all filters.
