You can quickly add or update information about the overall case in the Service Request section.
- Click Services (flag icon) in the left main navigation menu.
- Hover over the case that you'd like to edit and click the Service Request Details arrow.
- The case opens. From the left case details panel scroll down to the Case Information section. Hover on or next to the About and click on the Edit (Pen) icon.
- Enter necessary edits in the Description and Due Date fields, click Update.
