How do I know when I receive a new incoming communication (email) in an existing Service Request?
- Open the Services section via the navigation menu.
- As new email are received they will display on the message icon as a red circle with a number. Note the number represents the number of new unread messages in the case.
- Hover over the service request tile and click on the details arrow.
- To view the communication, click on the preview icon. Once the message has been opened, the number on service request tile will not be visible.
