How do I know when I receive a new incoming communication (email) in an existing Service Request?

  1. Open the Services section via the navigation menu.

  2. As new email are received they will display on the message icon as a red circle with a number. Note the number represents the number of new unread messages in the case.

  3. Hover over the service request tile and click on the details arrow.

  4. To view the communication, click on the preview icon.
