Clearing the Website Cache

As you make changes to the website via the content manager, you should go to the live website to ensure that the update has taken effect. Sometimes, the update you make in the content manager may not be visible on the website right away. To ensure that the website receives the latest updates made in the content manager, you will need to clear the cache in the content manager. By doing so, this refreshes the live website with the latest updates you have made.

To clear the cache in the content manager, hover over the Home icon in the black horizontal bar in the content manager and click on “Flush All Caches”. This may take a moment, and once it’s done you should see a message on the screen stating that all caches have been cleared. Go to the live website and refresh or reload the homepage and you should see that the website contains your latest updates.
