How do I download e-newsletter survey results?

You can view your survey results in the Executive Summary. Log into the Constituent Gateway eNewsletter PLUS, select Mailings from the top navigation menu, and Sent Mailings from the left navigation panel. Select the correct mailing to view the Executive Summary.

Towards the top of the report, you will see a snapshot box with your survey results.

Click on Survey, which will open the survey response details. You'll see a breakdown of the results with a number of responses and a percentage for each. Click the Download button that appears in the bottom right corner.

You'll see a "File Name" field where you can change the file name. The file will download in csv format, which can be opened with Excel. Click the button on the right that says Show Preferences. You will most likely want to change some of the download preferences.

You can choose which information you want to download, and adjust your download settings. For easier viewing, change the "Delimiters" to Comma, and the "Qualifiers" to Double Quotes. Then click Download.

You will receive a confirmation message at the top of the screen

When your download is finished processing, you will receive an email notification. You will log back into the Gateway, click on the small profile icon in the top right, and select Downloads.

You'll see a list of your current downloads. Click the name of the file to download it. Then click OK.

Your file will open in Excel.
