How do I add a journal entry and attach files to a case?

Open casework is located under Services. Start by clicking the ID number for the case.

To add a journal entry

  1. Click the blue New button that appears in the upper right corner, and select Journal.
  2. When the editor appears, type or copy and paste into the editor. Use any necessary formatting options. (Spell check runs from your browser as long as it is enabled.) 

To attach a file to a case...

You have several options.

  1. Click the Add link in the "Attachments" panel to upload a single file.
  2. Click the New button and select Attachment to upload a single file.
  3. Browse out to your folder, select the file(s) you'd like to upload, then drag and drop them into the center of the case.
