How do I attach a file to an outgoing email job in a print job?

To add attachments to outgoing emails for inclusion in a print job, follow the instructions below:

First, you'll need to upload your document.

  1. Navigate to either the Mail section 
  2. Select the [...] (Show all folders) button next to the New Button in the left navigation panel
  3. Select Attachments.
  4. Click the Upload button
  5. In the Upload Attachment window, click the Browse button.
  6. Select the appropriate document from your computer.
  7. Give it a description.
    (NOTE: Leave module set to "Mail")
  8. Click the Save button that now appears at the bottom of the Upload Attachment window.
