How do I get help to fix my computer?

Please send a email from your Outlook to help@mail.house.gov.

This will automatically open a ticket for your issue and that will be sent to the Maintenance queue.  It then will get picked up by the best suited Hardware System Administrator to solve your issue who will reply letting you know when they will be able to resolve your issue.
